Day 11: Field Trip to 9News!

We'll meet in our classroom at the regular time, and then we'll go over to Atlas with Paul to see the CU newsroom and record our introduction and sign-off to our films!
It might be helpful to watch the "One Day in a Newsroom" video that we watched back on Day 5. This should help you come up with questions. I expect you all to write down at least five questions to ask people we see at the station!
At 2:30, we'll leave for the 9News station in Denver! We should arrive about 3:30.
The studio manager will give us a tour of the entire facility. We'll even get to watch the news live on air at 4 pm!
We'll have a chance to ask questions to folks we meet - anchors, reporters, producers, directors, engineers - but we also have to be respectful of their work.
We'll eat our boxed dinner outside and leave by 5:30. You'll get back to campus by 6:30.
Homework:
Get yourself to the Edit Bay Wednesday if you need to work on your final project! I'll be there to help!

Day 12: Final Exam and Final Project Wrap-up!

This is it! Boo!! I'll miss you all. :(
We'll spend the first hour in our regular classroom taking the final exam.
Then we'll go over to the Edit Bay and ABSOLUTELY FINISH THE LAST BITS of your final projects! The one thing that can wait is exporting: I'll do the exporting for you, and then upload the films to YouTube, link them to this website and get them to Tanaya so we can show them to the entire group at graduation tomorrow!
